About the event
Come join me by the ocean this weekend for 3 positively charged, energy filled sessions that will stretch, strenghten, and open. Space is limited. "Drop in", or reserve your space.
-Friday - “Healing Energy” - Bring the week to a close with a session designed to
balance, strengthen, and stretch.
-Saturday - An introduction to “Yin” yoga
