New Moon Meditation

The phase of a new moon opens the door to the energy needed to embark on new things in life. Take on new challenges, and begin new journeys. Walkling through that door and embracing this energy encourages and promotes success and "follow through."

Facilitated by an experienced group instructor, in this session we engage in an enlightening meeting of group meditation, pranayama, and chakra balancing. With the aid of noise cancelling headphones and aural sounds by the ocean, you'll be able to Go Deeper into your experience, collectively raising our vibrations and opportunities during, and up until the next cycle when hopefully we meet again.
