Begin with a reiki or guided meditation session, and receive a yoga sequence, and an Ayurvedic based diet plan and recommendations based on your individual needs and goals. Book an ongoing plan for continual wellness counseling and guidance to help you reach your goals.

Cancellation Policy

This applies to One 2 One appointments only: Cancellations received outside of 36 hours of appointment or session will receive a full refund of session service fees. All others my reschedule or gift/transfer their sessions if desired.
